Unfortunately, other two fished were gone today.

 

It's fortunately that I came back  before the left fish dies who has only 15% life.

 

In total, there're nearly ten fishes  having beng dead since I begin to study how to feed fish Jan. 2007.

 

I still don't know why they often died.

From my on-board I find my heart is very calm and I have none desire. This state is what I want since my first job.

I like this feeling.

What I need to do is to keep calm and to let me naturally pure like a piece of white paper or thorough dry sponge.

Pure paper is more easy to draw and write freely; Thorough dry sponge is more easy to absorb water.

Though I have several years' working experience and have several successful projects, I never feel lacking knowledge as today.

There're so many knowledge requring to learn especially method including working method, project method, technical method etc.. Now I'm wanting to drink milk like a hungry baby.

When I do one job I know how to do it according to my former experience or method. But I don't want to complete it as before. I'll ask my mentor or colleague or my boss" how do you often do it?"

The goal is not completing it but how to complete it and what is the good method to complete it.

Today I feel very regretted.

 

On Nov.14 2006, I missed a chance to meet Sam Palmisano who is a great man, a great CEO.That day I should go to the Beijing Exhibition Center.

 

But I don't know by now why I haven't received the note. And I will know nothing about the Townhall meeting if GM told me.

 

As a newer I need to attend it which is one of the best chance to experence one greatest corporation.

 

At any case It's my fault to miss it though it haven't let lose anything.

How to say?!This is the last day in my current company.

I've been in current company for two years since I left DHCC company in Aug. 2004.

It's the sixth corporation in my occupational career.

I don't know if I'm too frequent in job-hopping.

During these two years, I got nothing improvement including working experience, professional knowledge, management ability and money... ...Maybe It is not very impersonal.

The decision to current company is my choose.
